Community of practice
Welcome to the Demand Management Community of Practice!
This Community of Practice has been developed by the Eastern Health Allied Health Clinical Research Office in conjunction with the Department of Health, to assist in the delivery of the STAT model and the Community Health Demand Management Toolkit with the following aims:
- A shared goal of reducing wait time and improving client’s specific timely access to health care.
- Learning from each other and sharing experiences; supporting each other; asking questions; telling stories; problem solving.
- Making resources available. You have the handbook and you’ve seen the video explainer. Other relevant resources will go up as they become available.
