STAT workshops
The STAT team regularly provides half day interactive workshops to guide service providers through the process of implementing the STAT model.
Who should attend?
Managers, project officers, team leaders, coordinators, service coordination, administrators and clinicians who are working to improve timely access in community outpatient settings. It is recommended that staff at all levels attend the training for the best implementation outcome.
Workshop Content
Participants in this interactive workshop will learn about:
- Principles of STAT and how it works
- Evidence of effectiveness
- The steps required to implement STAT
- How STAT can make a difference to your patients and the potential opportunities and challenges for your service
Demand Management Toolkit
In 2024 a special workshop series will be offered to Victorian Community Health Services based on the Community Health Demand Management Toolkit. Additional content will include:
- The importance of timely care in Community Health
- Principles guiding the Demand Management Toolkit
- Potential strategies to manage demand across different phases of the consumer journey.
